The EASM2025 conference programme includes not only lectures but also an opening evening, morning yoga, stretching and jogging as well as sightseeing in Buda.

The Budapest-based EASM2025 conference will kick off in three weeks, offering a diverse scientific programme along with exciting challenges and excellent social events for visitors arriving in one of Europe’s most beautiful capitals.

The opening ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on 2 September in the assembly hall of the host institution Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS). Attendees are invited to take part in the opening dinner and a surprise programme.

The series of morning physical activities begins at 7 a.m. on 3 September with a 45-minute stretching session at the university campus. That same evening, at 7 p.m., a social gathering featuring a traditional Hungarian stew dinner will take place at Normafa 477 Hütte, located in Normafa, one of Budapest’s most popular hiking spots known for its breathtaking views.

On 4 September from 7 a.m. to 7.45 a.m., early risers can enjoy a morning yoga in the garden of the university campus. On the same day, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., participants will have the opportunity to explore some of Buda’s and the capital’s most iconic sights, including the Buda Castle, Gellért Hill, public park Tabán, and the Castle Garden Bazaar.

On the final day, attendees can start the morning with jogging in the nearby Gesztenyés Garden at 7 a.m., and in the evening, the conference will close with a formal farewell event, featuring a buffet dinner and award ceremony at Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Centre.
