The European Association for Sport Management (EASM) will be holding its conference from September 2 to 5 at the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS) in Budapest, where a custom-developed software will help attendees navigate the event.
Attendees of the September ESASM2025 conference in Budapest will have access to a dedicated app, developed specifically for the event. Every participant can download the app to receive notifications about that day’s activities, conference themes and schedules, and—among other things—the room assignments.
Through the app, everyone will also receive invitations to the social events, including the opening and closing receptions, and can check real-time traffic conditions in the city and surrounding areas, so they can choose the fastest transport option to reach each venue.
The app (MyEASM) offers a fully digital programme booklet and notifications, significantly reducing paper use and printing waste. Its built-in real-time route planner and group-travel organization features support eco-friendly transportation modes and help curb car usage. Additionally, its energy-saving design minimizes battery and network resource consumption.
