ByEszter 3 July 202530 June 2025

Move for sustainability — in body and mind — and take part in the EASM2025 conference’s exciting activity challenges! Be a role model for a sustainable and active lifestyle!

This year, the EASM2025 conference in Budapest is inviting participants to engage in a series of physical activity challenges. The aim is not only to offer an inspiring professional programme but also to promote a health-conscious and environmentally responsible way of life.

Step counting challenge – Move with us every day!

One of the fun and engaging challenges of the conference is the step counting challenge.

What’s the challenge about?

Walk at least 5,000 steps per day during the days of the conference!

How can you participate?

It’s easy: simply use your personal step counter or any pedometer app on your phone or smart device.

What’s the goal?

Let’s reach a collective total of 3 million steps by the end of the conference through our joint efforts!

Why should you join?

Refresh your body and mind between sessions.
Connect with fellow participants on a shared walk.
Actively contribute to the conference’s health-conscious atmosphere.

Ride with us – The 3,000 km cycling challenge
Feeling like hopping on a bike too? Then join the 3,000 km cycling challenge!

The goal: during the conference, participants aim to collectively cycle at least 3,000 kilometres in Budapest.
You can use the MOL Bubi public bike system, operated by the Budapest Centre for Transport (BKK), which offers an easy and sustainable way to get around the city.
All you have to do is download the app, hop on a bike, and start pedalling!
Budapest offers a total of 187 km of designated cycling routes, making it easy to explore key parts of the city by bike.

Take part in this shared movement and help build a sustainable future!

We look forward to seeing you in the EASM2025 Conference Challenges.

Eszter
